I’m sure that this may be old news for all you MadTV junkies, but I just came across these clips on YouTube.com of Bobby Lee, playing as Hideki, the Average Asian. This one is my favorite, especially the Ping Pong segment. (What’s up with Asians and ping pong anyways? )

Taking a step back for a split second, it sure is a stark contrast to back in the day when Anna May Wong had struggled to make an impact in the American film industry. Now look where we are. When set in the right light, we’ve come to accept stereotyping Asians as humorous. Ironic, but it’s still funny as hell! hahaha.
